In the long run, software companies rise and fall on the strength of their product, not advertising, not trade shows, not sponsoring tournaments and conferences. The product. This focus is not popular with investor-backed software companies because returns are measured in months and years, not days and weeks. We believe great products get greater over time, with feedback and iterative improvements. Like BBQ, low and slow wins the day.
