I am often asked how Bindy is different from our competitors. The question is more than fair. The difficult part is conveying how strikingly different we are. Here are a few ways.

There are no salespeople or sales quotas at Bindy. Why? This allows operations and onboarding specialists to focus on customer success, not closing a sale.
We value transparency. That includes transparency about fees: https://bindy.com/about/pricing/roi.jsp Many competitors force you to book a meeting with their sales team before disclosing pricing or even allowing you to trial the product. We do not. Tricks and trade show gimmicks are not welcome here.

We are independent. What does that mean? We are self-financed and have been since inception (17 years of growth and counting). Not having outside investors means we are accountable to nobody except our customers and have control of our operations and values. No cutting back or offshoring product support for example. We have more alignment, stability, and long-term viability than any vendor controlled by venture capital or private equity. We work for YOU, not investors.
We are obsessed with the product, and all contribute to making it the best it can be. No red tape, no turf wars. In the long run, software companies rise and fall on the strength of their product, not advertising, not trade shows, not sponsoring tournaments and conferences. The product. This focus is not popular with investor-backed software companies because returns are measured in months and years, not days and weeks. We believe great products get greater over time, with feedback and iterative improvements. Like BBQ, low and slow wins the day.
