Bokstavligen <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kunder brukade bara bry sig om hur du behandlade dig <strong>dem<\/strong>, d\u00e4r kundservice \u00e4r en central del av deras k\u00f6pbeslut. Nu mer \u00e4n n\u00e5gonsin \u00e4r det viktigt f\u00f6r \u00e5terf\u00f6rs\u00e4ljare att kommunicera vad de tror p\u00e5 och hur de engagerar sig i socialt ansvar s\u00e5 att de kan f\u00e5nga och
