Wanneer districtmanagers locaties bezoeken in het kader van een retail- of hospitality-audit, zullen ze ongetwijfeld problemen tegenkomen. Zelfs de beste en meest ijverige exploitanten maken af en toe fouten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Merknormen<\/a> bestaan om een reden: zij bescherm het merk<\/a> en sites aantrekkelijker en winstgevender maken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Het actieplan is een kans om corrigerende maatregelen toe te passen op probleemgebieden. Er wordt een persoon aangewezen die verantwoordelijk is voor het verhelpen van elk probleem (alles wat tijdens het bezoek door de districtsmanager als ondermaats of niet-conform wordt beschouwd) en een streefdatum voor oplossing.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
