Hier ziet u hoe een supermarktketen een update van het beleid en de best practices op meer dan 700 locaties heeft uitgevoerd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Casestudy: WIJZIGINGEN in het beleid communiceren<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De <a href=\"https:\/\/www.who.int\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Wereldgezondheidsorganisatie<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cdc.gov\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Centrum voor Ziektebestrijding<\/a>, of een bestuursorgaan stelt een nieuw gezondheidsbeleid en\/of een nieuwe ontsmettingsprocedure vast. De detailhandelaar moet de update uitvoeren op verschillende afdelingen, op alle locaties en in verschillende staten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Klant<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Een buurtwinkelketen met 700+ vestigingen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>UITDAGING<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De supermarktketen moest recente updates van de overheidsregelgeving implementeren. Updates omvatten nieuw beleid voor hygi\u00ebne, sanitaire voorzieningen en sociale afstandsmaatregelen voor essenti\u00eble diensten en detailhandelaren. Het hoofdkantoor had ook een verifieerbaar overzicht nodig van wanneer werknemers op de hoogte waren gesteld, de datum\/tijd van voltooiing en eventuele aanvullende stappen die nodig waren om te voldoen aan het nieuwe beleid en de nieuwe procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">E-mailketens en\/of papieren checklists zijn niet snel genoeg. Ze bieden ook niet genoeg garanties. Ze hebben foto&#039;s van beste praktijken bijgevoegd. Zo wisten medewerkers precies waar en hoe bewegwijzering en glas geplaatst moesten worden. Verplichte foto&#039;s geverifieerd implementatie en plaatsing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hoofdkantoor aangepaste procedures voor zelfbedieningsvoedsel. Regionale managers inspecteerden om ervoor te zorgen dat al het onverpakte, zelfbedieningsvoedsel uit de schappen was verwijderd. Er zijn nu wegwerphandschoenen beschikbaar voor koffie- en drankstations. Wegwerpdeksels worden verwijderd. Klerken delen nu deksels uit bij aankoop. Klant kan geen hervulbare verpakkingen meer gebruiken voor dranken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het hoofdkantoor kan dagelijkse inspecties met verplichte foto&#039;s aanvragen om er zeker van te zijn dat handschoenen beschikbaar zijn en dat er een drankbeleid wordt aangenomen. Ze kunnen beleidsverklaringen en FQA&#039;s ook rechtstreeks aan formulieren toevoegen, zodat medewerkers vragen van klanten kunnen beantwoorden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vergeet niet dat beleid verandert. Zo hebben bestuursorganen het maximaal toegestane aantal personen in een winkel aangepast.
