Waar mogelijk beveelt Bindy een geleidelijke uitrol aan, waarbij enkele gebruikers\/districten worden getraind, feedback wordt verzameld, de formulieren\/workflow worden aangepast en het programma iteratief wordt uitgebreid door een nieuwe groep gebruikers\/districten te trainen. In een retail- en horecaomgeving is een checklist een verzameling merknormen en best practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wat op de checklist staat, geeft weer wat belangrijk is voor het merk (strategische initiatieven, seizoensprogramma's, enz...), wat het merk moet doen (wet- en regelgeving, gezondheid en veiligheid, enz...) en wat het wil zijn, operationeel en in de ogen van zijn klanten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De checklist moet representatief zijn voor bedrijfsprogramma's en doelstellingen, maar ook duidelijk en goed begrepen worden door het veldteam dat verantwoordelijk is voor het uitvoeren van deze merknormen. Dit is waar "kalibratie" om de hoek komt kijken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wed de boerderij niet op onbewezen merkstandaarden en hiaten in begrip. Ijken dan<\/em> schaal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Er zijn twee facetten van kalibratie waar we rekening mee moeten houden: het kalibreren van de checklist en het kalibreren van het team. Laten we erin duiken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Het kalibreren van de checklist omvat het selecteren, groeperen en ordenen van wat op de checklist staat. Dit wordt vaak aangestuurd door het operationele team met input van andere afdelingen (merchandising, marketing, human resources, verliespreventie, enz\u2026).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Checklist-items moeten voldoende duidelijk en gedetailleerd zijn en herhaling vermijden. De checklist moet alle aandachtsgebieden van het bedrijf goed bestrijken en zo zijn opgesteld dat de rayonmanager de tijd voor het bezoek kan optimaliseren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hoewel er veel kan worden gedaan op het hoofdkantoor, is er gewoon geen vervanging voor "hands-on" tijd in het veld. Door een selecte groep districtmanagers toegang te geven tot de checklist, ook al is het maar een concept, kan het hoofdkantoor de checklist verfijnen en kalibreren met real-world feedback. Het is vaak in dit stadium dat onduidelijke kopie\u00ebn, repetitieve standaarden of gebrekkige volgorde worden opgemerkt en aangepakt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Teamkalibratie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Het kalibreren van het team is een vorm van toegepaste training die ervoor zorgt dat normen worden ge\u00ebvalueerd op een consistente en eerlijke schaal. Hoewel het oordeel van een districtmanager enorm belangrijk is voor het succes van het auditprogramma, zijn consistentie in de beoordeling en beoordeling even belangrijk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Het kalibreren van het team omvat het trainen van operationeel personeel om een gedeeld begrip te hebben van de operationele normen en hoe afwijkingen van de normen te beoordelen en te behandelen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Het kalibreren van het team betekent ook aantonen waar de definitie van de norm eindigt en waar de behoefte van de districtsmanager om een oordeel te vellen begint.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Omgaan met mensen is niet altijd zo zwart-wit als het afvinken van een vakje op een elektronisch formulier. Het operationele team moet bijvoorbeeld weten hoe het soms gevoelige en vertrouwelijke personeelskwesties moet aanpakken.<\/p>\n\n\n

Waarom kalibreren?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Een gekalibreerde checklist vermindert verwarring, heen en weer vragen en vergemakkelijkt ook de verspreiding van operationele normen en acceptatie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kalibratie zorgt er ook voor dat normen eerlijk en consistent worden beoordeeld. Consistentie kweekt vertrouwen met de algemene score en leent zich voor geaggregeerde rapportage, vergelijkingen tussen gebruikers, regio's en tijdframes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Om uw zakelijke doelen te bereiken, moet u checklists doornemen en "kalibreren" met een voorbeeldgroep van gebruikers en winkels voordat ze algemeen worden gelanceerd. Zet de boerderij niet in op onbewezen processen. Kalibreren en vervolgens schalen.<\/p>\n\n\n
