Checklists bestaan grotendeels uit ja\/nee-antwoorden op standaardvragen. Wanneer een districtsmanager een checklist invult, zijn ze aan het verzamelen gestructureerd<\/em> gegevens. Toch heeft deze districtmanager het voordeel van ervaring en het vermogen om tweerichtingsverkeer te hebben ongestructureerd<\/em> communicatie met de franchisenemer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hoe presteren uw winkels eigenlijk? Werken alle rayonmanagers op hetzelfde niveau met winkels? Krijgen uw winkels consequent de hulp die ze nodig hebben? Waar ben je sterk, zwak of dalend? Kun je het zelfs vertellen?<\/p>\n\n\n
