Of iemand?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De realiteit is dat aannames vaak instinctief worden gedaan - of ze nu goed of fout zijn. Het is de menselijke natuur om te reageren op situaties, ervaringen en zelfs mensen, ondanks dat ze niets weten over deze scenario&#039;s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het is eerlijk om te zeggen dat eerste indrukken ertoe doen - duidelijk en eenvoudig. Helaas is het <em>niet <\/em>zo duidelijk en eenvoudig als een detailhandelaar om op deze realiteit te reageren. In plaats daarvan moeten handelaren de verantwoordelijkheden aanvaarden die horen bij het beoordelen en reageren op: <em>uiteindelijk <\/em>met als doel een sterke eerste indruk achter te laten om positief herinnerd te worden door klanten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Onderzoek suggereert dat het slechts een <a href=\"https:\/\/www.psychologicalscience.org\/observer\/how-many-seconds-to-a-first-impression\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">tiende van een seconde<\/a> voor individuen om een mening te vormen, wat betekent dat retailers geen tijd hebben om de aandacht van de klant te trekken.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Van winkelingangen tot aantrekkingskracht op de stoep tot interieurmerchandising tot gedrag van medewerkers tot kledingvoorschriften voor personeel en meer, elk detail is belangrijk. Kledingvoorschriften zijn de kans voor retailers om zich echt te onderscheiden van de concurrentie en klantenservice te bieden die een positieve invloed zal hebben op de indruk van de klant. Zorg ervoor dat uw winkelpersoneel een dresscode hanteert die bijdraagt aan uw winkelmerk en die klanten ook niet afleidt van waar ze echt voor zijn, namelijk winkelen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Verwachtingen voor klantcommunicatie implementeren <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Niets kan zo&#039;n goede eerste indruk geven als een goede communicatie. Met dit in gedachten, moeten verkopers proactief zijn in het identificeren van manieren waarop ze willen dat hun winkelpersoneel klanten die hun winkel binnenlopen begroet en ondersteunt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het vergroten van inzicht in winkelpromoties of producten is een natuurlijke gespreksaanzet voor retailers om te overwegen, maar hallo zeggen is de eerste stap om klanten de kans te geven om met uw winkelpersoneel in contact te komen. Daarom - en omdat seconden hier belangrijk zijn - overweeg hoe uw winkel momenteel klanten begroet en overweeg vervolgens welke variaties er kunnen zijn in uw winkelteam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Biedt u een consistente begroeting aan voor alle klanten die door uw deuren komen? Of zijn uw begroetingen afhankelijk van wie ze doorgeeft? Bovendien, hoe wordt deze begroeting afgeleverd ... met oogcontact? Van achter uw cash wrap gebied? Of waar uw winkelpersoneel zich ook bevindt op het moment dat iemand uw winkel binnenkomt?
