Ze konden meer bijhouden dan alleen hoeveel mensen naar hun site kwamen - ze konden kijken naar hoe ze met hun site omgingen en daardoor het algemene klantgedrag begrijpen terwijl ze zich met het merk bezighielden.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ondertussen waren fysieke retailers blij als ze een nauwkeurig aantal klanten konden krijgen dat de winkel binnenkwam.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En toen kwam de technologie. <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.bindy.com\/nl\/5-ways-retailers-can-increase-foot-traffic-in-their-stores\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Voetgangers<\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> analyse evolueerde van het eenvoudig tellen van het lichaam naar een meer geavanceerde reeks analyses, vergelijkbaar met de analyses die online beschikbaar zijn.&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nutsvoorzieningen, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.bindy.com\/nl\/top-10-kpis-die-mkb-retailers-moeten-volgen-en-hoe-ze-te-meten\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">datagedreven retailers<\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> kan rijke inzichten verzamelen over niet alleen hoeveel mensen hun winkel binnenkomen, maar ook over hun gedrag terwijl ze daar zijn.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In dit artikel onderzoeken we de geschiedenis en evolutie van de analyse van voetverkeer en hoe u deze in uw winkels kunt gebruiken.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De evolutie van de voetgangersteller<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Laten we eerst eens terugkijken op de evolutie van het tellen en analyseren van voetgangers:&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Handmatige tellingen in de oudheid:<\/strong><b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Er zijn historische aanwijzingen voor vroege handmatige telling. <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/americanhistory.si.edu\/collections\/object-groups\/counters\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Volgens het National Museum of American History<\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, &quot;schriftgeleerden die berekeningen uitvoerden, verplaatsten kleine stenen of metalen lopers langs lijnen.&quot;<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mechanische tellers:<\/strong> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In de 19e eeuw begonnen uitvinders met het maken en patenteren van mechanische tellers. Elke keer dat deze lichtstraal wordt onderbroken, wordt er een telling bijgeteld.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Thermische tellers<\/strong><b>: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Deze technologie is ontwikkeld met behulp van warmtebronnen om het aantal mensen te tellen dat een winkel binnenloopt.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Videotellers<\/strong><b>:<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Videotellers registreren de winkelinvoer en gebruiken computeralgoritmen om het aantal lichamen te tellen dat doorloopt. Retailers konden beginnen met het analyseren van meer dan alleen het aantal shoppers dat de winkel binnenkwam - ze konden ook kijken naar hun gedrag eenmaal binnen.&nbsp;<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Wifi-telling:<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Nog geavanceerder dan videotellers, is WiFi-voetverkeersanalyse de meest geavanceerde tot nu toe. De smartphones van shoppers maken verbinding met het netwerk en sturen waarschuwingen en informatie over hun activiteit naar het systeem. Is het een goede of slechte zaak?<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Conversieratio<\/strong>:<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Als u weet hoeveel mensen uw winkel binnenkomen en hoeveel mensen een aankoop doen, krijgt u inzicht in de conversieratio. Dit is een nauwkeurigere indicator van hoe effectief u bent in het stimuleren van de verkoop dan volledige verkoopcijfers.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Verblijfstijd<\/strong>:<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Hoeveel tijd besteden shoppers in uw winkel?
