Maar wanneer het gebeurt in <em>uw<\/em> winkels, het voelt elke keer als een verrassing. Als je het gevoel hebt dat je de bal op het communicatiefront laat vallen, ben je niet de enige.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De kosten van miscommunicatie tussen organisaties in de retailbiz-hit <a href=\"https:\/\/www.inc.com\/michael-schneider\/the-extrovert-vs-introvert-dynamic-could-be-costing-your-organization-millions-heres-how-to-bridge-communication-gap.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">$37 miljard<\/a> afgelopen jaar. Gelukkig hoeven communicatiebarri\u00e8res niet tot de kosten van zakendoen te behoren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De eerste stap om miscommunicatie in de detailhandel aan te pakken, is vast te stellen waar ze zich voordoen. Wat gebeurt er met deze bedrijven als een klant binnenkomt terwijl iemand van de 30+ procent van de niet-betrokken werknemers op de klok staat? Om een gok te wagen: waarschijnlijk geen geweldige klantenservice-ervaring die bezoekers doet verlangen om terug te keren naar hun fysieke winkel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Goede werknemers raken betrokken als ze er niet op vertrouwen dat het management de juiste beslissingen neemt \u2013 en dat is precies wat er gebeurt als het hoofdkantoor of het bedrijf geen manier heeft om met werknemers in de frontlinie te communiceren. We leven in het tijdperk van de oproepcultuur en technologische vooruitgang. Top-down rapportage, hoewel effectief in het verleden, laat geen ruimte voor de flexibiliteit die nodig is om te slagen in de hedendaagse retailwereld.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vertrouw erop dat uw medewerkers waardevolle informatie over uw bedrijf hebben.
