Dit geldt met name als u corrigerende feedback geeft.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&quot;Hoe minder mensen het gevoel hadden dat hun managers naar hen luisterden, hoe groter de kans dat ze dachten dat hun managers niet eerlijk en rechtlijnig waren.&quot; \u2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2015\/04\/the-assumptions-that-make-giving-tough-feedback-even-tougher\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Harvard Business Review<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Met andere woorden, als uw ondergeschikten het gevoel hebben dat u niet naar hen luistert, zullen ze u minder snel vertrouwen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bovendien bleek uit het onderzoek van HBR dat, hoewel mensen over het algemeen openstaan voor opbouwende kritiek, ze &quot;aanzienlijk minder ge\u00efnteresseerd&quot; zijn in het horen van corrigerende feedback als hun managers niet naar hun standpunt luisterden.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De afhaalmaaltijd? Effectieve communicatie betekent luisteren voordat je spreekt. Luister naar je teamleden en pas je input als je begrijpt waar ze vandaan komen.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2. Moedig tweerichtingscommunicatie aan<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Of u nu \u00e9\u00e9n winkel of een groep winkels beheert, het is essentieel om zo te communiceren dat u een <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.bindy.com\/nl\/how-to-implement-two-way-communication-between-stores-and-head-office\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">tweerichtingscommunicatieplatform<\/a> voor een heen en weer dialoog. U wilt dat teamleden het gevoel hebben dat zij kunnen bijdragen aan de discussie \u2013 en uiteindelijk aan het succes van uw retailcampagnes.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Een grote valkuil om te vermijden, zegt Jeffrey P. Zorg ervoor dat u het op een manier doet die uw team niet vervreemdt. In plaats daarvan wilt u dat medewerkers het gevoel hebben dat er naar hen geluisterd wordt. (Zoals hierboven vermeld, is niet luisteren schadelijk voor de relatie tussen manager en werknemer en voor het bedrijf als geheel.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Het hebben van een &#039;eenrichtings&#039;-communicatieaanpak leidt er ook toe dat u idee\u00ebn misloopt die uw campagnes mogelijk kunnen verbeteren. Managers kunnen het voordeel hebben dingen op een hoger niveau te zien. Stem uw aanpak af op elk individu<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&quot;Het is van vitaal belang voor managers om met hun werknemers te communiceren op een manier die voor elke persoon aantrekkelijk en motiverend is op basis van hun individuele voorkeuren&quot;, zegt Cecily Sweet, JD, MBA, Retail Business Consultant bij <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.talentplus.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Talent Plus, Inc<\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cEen one-size-fits-all-aanpak is steeds onproductiever met de huidige beroepsbevolking. Managers moeten nadenken, of beter nog, aan hun medewerkers vragen welke drijfveren hun prestaties sturen.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De beste manier om de juiste communicatieaanpak te bepalen, is door het uw medewerkers te vragen. Praat met hen over hun leerstijlen.
