Terwijl <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.bindy.com\/nl\/10-manieren-om-de-verkoop-in-de-detailhandel-te-maximaliseren\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">het maximaliseren van de verkoop<\/a> is essentieel, maar het garanderen van een soepele en effici\u00ebnte bedrijfsvoering is net zo belangrijk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daarom moet operationele effici\u00ebntie altijd voorop staan. Het laatste dat u wilt, is dat u er verkeerd mee omgaat. Helaas kampen veel verkopers met voorraadproblemen.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.businesswire.com\/news\/home\/20150506005233\/en\/New-Research-Report-Retailers-Lose-1.75-Trillion-in-Revenue-Worldwide-Due-to-Overstocks-Out-of-Stocks-and-Returns#:~:text=LONDON%2D%2D(BUSINESS%20WIRE)%2D%2D,IHL%20Group%2C%20commissioned%20by%20OrderDynamics.\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> Volgens de IHL-groep<\/a>verliezen detailhandelaren wereldwijd jaarlijks $1,75 biljoen als gevolg van overvoorraden, uitverkochte voorraden en retourzendingen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"is-style-default wp-block-paragraph\">Veel van deze problemen komen voort uit operationele ineffici\u00ebnties op de voorraadafdeling. Connor Butterworth, CEO van<a href=\"https:\/\/www.southwesternrugsdepot.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> Zuidwestelijk tapijtdepot<\/a>, zegt: \u201cAls winkels hun voorraad niet effectief bijhouden, hebben ze \u00f3f te veel \u00f3f te weinig producten. Overbevoorrading verspilt ruimte en legt beslag op kapitaal, terwijl onderbevoorrading leidt tot gemiste verkoopkansen en ontevreden klanten die niet kunnen vinden wat ze zoeken.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Laia Quintana, hoofd marketing en verkoop bij<a href=\"https:\/\/goteamup.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> TeamUp<\/a>, herhaalt dit en voegt eraan toe dat ze, toen ze met winkels werkte, uit de eerste hand zag hoe slecht voorraadbeheer een bedrijf zou kunnen schaden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cAls winkels geen voorraad meer hebben, gaan klanten teleurgesteld weg en komen ze misschien nooit meer terug \u2013 de omzet daalt. Aan de andere kant, als er te veel voorraad is, blijft er geld hangen en wordt de winkel rommelig; de kosten schieten omhoog. Ik herinner me dat ik met een kleine boetiek werkte die een mooie selectie had, maar voortdurend met deze problemen kampte. Hun winsten waren slecht en het moreel van het personeel was laag, omdat ze altijd moeite hadden om de schappen te vullen of ruimte te vinden.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Een matige klantervaring<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We hebben hier eerder op gezinspeeld, maar het is de moeite waard om te benadrukken: trage en ineffectieve winkeloperaties verminderen de klantervaring. Operationele ineffici\u00ebnties, zelfs als ze niet klantgericht zijn, kunnen een aanzienlijke impact hebben op de manier waarop klanten uw winkel waarnemen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Een omslachtige kassaprocedure kan bijvoorbeeld leiden tot lange rijen bij de kassa.
