Op een plek als deze zou je denken dat ik een goede Gyro zou kunnen vinden. Laat me je verzekeren, <a href=\"http:\/\/alexandros.ca\/\">Alexandros <\/a>stelt in dit opzicht niet teleur. De gyro is zacht, sappig en perfect knoflookachtig. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Maar wat ik het leukste vind aan Alexandros is het gevoel een masterclass in gastvrijheid te krijgen met een gyro erbij. Laat het me uitleggen. &nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In de detailhandel en horeca gooien we veel jargon rond. We spreken over de \u2018klantervaring\u2019 en de \u2018klantreis\u2019. We hebben het over \u2018waarschijnlijkheid om aan te bevelen\u2019 en \u2018ervaringsgerichte detailhandel\u2019. Een boodschap die eenvoudigweg persoonlijk, dankbaar en verantwoordelijk is. Dat kan, met de middelen die je al hebt. Zij worden franchisenemers genoemd. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wanneer u een Starbucks, een UPS Store of een 7-Eleven binnenloopt, loopt u iemands bedrijf binnen, een bedrijfseigenaar die ook wel franchisenemer wordt genoemd. Veel franchisenemers bezitten slechts \u00e9\u00e9n of twee winkels. Ze werken hard en zijn vaak diep betrokken bij het bedrijf en de gemeenschap. Ze zijn net als Alexandros eigenaar en staan achter het product of de dienst die ze aanbieden. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Je kunt dit model opschalen, je hoeft alleen maar eigenaren, franchisenemers en management centraal te stellen in het model. <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Laten we dat onthouden <strong>succes in de detailhandel en horeca begint met een oprecht verlangen om klanten en gasten van dienst te zijn, met gepaste dankbaarheid en verantwoordelijkheid. <\/strong>Dat is wat klanten aantrekt en terugkerende klanten stimuleert. &nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Als je goede winkelmanagers en toegewijde eigenaren hebt, mensen die zichzelf op de voorgrond durven te stellen, mensen die persoonlijke verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor het product of de dienst die ze aanbieden, dan heb je geen probleem en zal je dat ook nooit hebben om klanten te vinden. <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nu moet je die Gyro proberen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>Fabien Tiburce<br>Directeur, Bindy<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ik woon in het centrum van de wijk Greektown in Toronto.
