Met dit in gedachten, hoe kunnen retailers hun klantenservicenormen verbeteren en tegelijkertijd de loyaliteit van de consument versterken?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het accepteren van de realiteit dat klanten hun zaken elders zullen doen - en doen - vanwege ontevreden winkelervaringen, zou voor verkopers voldoende reden moeten zijn om gestandaardiseerde klantenservicenormen te willen cre\u00ebren. De manier waarop een medewerker omgaat met consumenten is misschien niet hoe een andere medewerker omgaat met consumenten, maar de verwachtingen van de klanten die zij ondersteunen blijven doorgaans hetzelfde.
