Maar als dat niet het geval is, kan zelfs het beste product stof in de schappen liggen! U hebt een omgeving nodig die klanten aantrekt, hen verleidt om tijd in de winkel door te brengen en hen aanmoedigt om impulsief te kopen terwijl ze daar zijn. Hier is een lijst met 4 winkellay-outtrucs om uw verkoopvloer actueel te houden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"1-choose-the-right-store-layout\"><strong style=\"color: var(--color-neutral-600);\">1. Kies de juiste winkelindeling<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De vormen en afmetingen van de verkoopvloeren zijn van invloed op uw verkoop. Gebruik je de juiste lay-out? De eerste van onze winkellay-outtrucs is om naar uw winkel te kijken en te kijken of de huidige lay-out werkt voor uw winkelbranche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Supermarkten gebruiken meestal een <strong>Rasterindeling<\/strong>, waarbij de armaturen evenwijdig aan de wanden lopen. Maak de decompressiezone leeg<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Elke winkel heeft een <strong>Decompressiezone (DZ)<\/strong>. Het is een belangrijke ruimte net binnen uw voordeur die veel winkeliers misbruiken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De grootte van uw DZ hangt af van de grootte van uw verkoopvloer, maar het is over het algemeen de eerste 5 &#039;tot 15 voet binnen de deur. De DZ geeft shoppers een kans om over te stappen van de parkeerplaats (of winkelcentrum) naar uw winkel. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Shoppers zullen alles missen wat je in de DZ plaatst, dus het moet een open, overzichtelijke ruimte zijn. Plaats borden, manden, enz. net buiten uw DZ waar shoppers ze eerder zullen zien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/bindy.com\/business\/merchandising\/\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/blog.bindy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/Bindy-Banner-ads-with-Iph13_LinkedIn-1-copie-17-800.png?w=700&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7423\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"3-take-advantage-of-lake-front-property\"><strong>3. Profiteer van Lake Front Property<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sommige delen van uw verkoopvloer zijn belangrijker dan andere. We noemen deze gebieden Lake Front Property (LFP) omdat een groot percentage van uw verkopen hier plaatsvindt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gebruik uw LFP om nieuwe, populaire producten met een hoge marge weer te geven. En net als in een supermarkt moeten de basisbenodigdheden - denk aan brood en melk - achterin je winkel worden ondergebracht. <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aangezien 90% klanten uw winkel binnenkomen en naar rechts kijken of draaien, moet dit stuk LFP met zorg worden verhandeld. Ons <strong>V &amp; Vista-oefening\u2122<\/strong> zal u helpen het unieke Lake Front Property van uw winkel te vinden:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"the-vista-exercise\">De Vista-oefening <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ga bij uw voordeur staan, net voorbij de decompressiezone en spreid uw armen op schouderhoogte met gestrekte wijsvingers. De <strong>V<\/strong>ista is wat er in de zit <strong>V<\/strong> je armen maken. Dit is het gebied dat de eerste indruk maakt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De <strong>V<\/strong> helpt u uw te vinden <strong>Machtsmuren.<\/strong> Volg je neus langs je rechterarm naar het topje van je wijsvinger - de muur waar je naar kijkt is je Power Wall rechtsvoor; de belangrijkste verkoopmuur in uw winkel. Gebruik het (en de verkoopvloer rechtsvoor) om niet te missen merchandise te tonen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"cash-wrap\">Cash wrap<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Een fout die sommige winkeliers maken, is het plaatsen van de geldverpakking aan de rechterkant van de winkel, in het midden van het Lake Front Property. Je zou kunnen zeggen dat het fijn is als er iemand aanwezig is om shoppers gedag te zeggen als ze de winkel binnenkomen, maar dat kan worden opgelost door alerte winkelmedewerkers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Je cash wrap moet zich op een natuurlijke stopplaats in de winkelervaring bevinden: de linkerkant van de winkel is een goede keuze. Zo is het centrum van de winkel, ongeveer 20 &#039;van de voordeur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"power-wall\">Stroommuur<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Volg nu je neus langs je linkerarm naar het topje van je linkerwijsvinger. Deze Power Wall linksvoor is ook belangrijk - toon hem met evenveel aandacht en zorg als die aan de rechterkant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(Opmerking: als de voetafdruk van uw winkel het voor shoppers onmogelijk maakt om uw winkel binnen te gaan en rechtsaf te slaan, dan is alles omgekeerd: de linkervoorzijde wordt uw Lake Front Property.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"4-speed-bumps\">4. Verkeersdrempels<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Verkeersdrempels zijn displays die u net voorbij de DZ plaatst, in het midden van de Vista. Ontwerp deze displays, net als verkeersdrempels op parkeerplaatsen, om klanten af te remmen en ze aan het winkelen te krijgen. Kies kleine armaturen of stapeltafels die een assortiment aan producten bevatten en die laag genoeg zijn om klanten door de winkel te laten kijken. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/bindy.com\/business\/merchandising\/\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/blog.bindy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/merchandising_works_here_800.png?w=700&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12435\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gebruik je Speed Bump-displays om nieuwe en seizoensgebonden items te tonen en om productverhalen te vertellen - en verander ze minstens \u00e9\u00e9n keer per week. Dit houdt uw eerste indruk fris en houdt medewerkers scherp. Wees niet verbaasd als je hoort: &quot;Wanneer hebben we die koopwaar gekregen?&quot; meerdere keren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"in-summary\">Samengevat<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uw winkel heeft andere belangrijke weergavegebieden die duidelijk worden wanneer u de V &amp; Vista-oefening\u2122 doet. Door uw verkoopvloer lopen met de ogen van de klanten gericht helpt ook<strong>.<\/strong> Neem een notitieboekje mee als je over je vloer loopt en schrijf alles op wat veranderd, verplaatst, bijgewerkt, afgesloten, weggegooid of weggegeven moet worden. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Maak een lijst met dingen die je moet doen. Noteer wat er zo snel mogelijk moet worden gewijzigd. Kijk vervolgens wat er in de loop van de tijd kan worden opgelost. Als je deze oefening doet en maar twee of drie dingen vindt om te doen, ben je niet objectief. Open je ogen en doe het opnieuw.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Of u zich nu opmaakt voor een nieuwe winkel, een mini-make-over of een complete upgrade van de verkoopvloer, u bent niet de enige.
