Dit is de reden waarom klachten van klanten je vriend zijn. Laten we erin duiken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Luister naar degenen die spreken (velen niet)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Volgens onderzoek dient slechts 4% van de klanten een klacht in op de website of het callcenter van een bedrijf, maar <a href=\"https:\/\/www.visioncritical.com\/blog\/customer-loyalty-stats\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">42%<\/a> van de klanten stopt met winkelen bij een merk na twee slechte ervaringen. Voor elke klacht kunt u gerust aannemen dat er 25 klanten hinder, teleurstelling of ergernis hebben ondervonden! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Een vriend is iemand die je vertelt wanneer er iets mis is. Winkeliers verliezen zelden klanten door klachten. Ze verliezen klanten als klachten niet of niet goed worden afgehandeld. Het afhandelen van een klacht van een klant verhoogt juist de klantloyaliteit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Een tevreden klant zal zijn tevredenheid waarschijnlijk delen met zijn vrienden en collega&#039;s. Als het goed wordt afgehandeld, wordt een klacht klantenloyaliteit en gratis &#039;virale&#039; reclame. Als het slecht wordt afgehandeld, verandert een klacht in een verloren klant, verlies van inkomsten en een puinhoop van public relations. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Een vriend is iemand die je uit de problemen wil houden. Net als interne processen en KPI&#039;s zijn klachten van klanten onderdeel van de dienstverlening aan klanten. Op de weg naar succes zijn er af en toe hobbels.
