Om echter de zorg te kunnen blijven leveren die pati\u00ebnten verwachten, moeten apotheken ook succesvolle winkels zijn. Merchandising kan niet over het hoofd worden gezien. Hoe kunnen apotheken merkloyaliteit en verkoop stimuleren als de winkelruimte slecht wordt verkocht, ongeorganiseerd of onaantrekkelijk is?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hieronder enkele tips om de merchandising van apotheken te verbeteren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"make-the-right-impression-exterior\">Maak de juiste indruk: exterieur<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Een indruk wordt al gevormd voordat de klant de winkel binnenkomt. Britse apotheek <a href=\"http:\/\/www.warman-freed.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Warman-Freed<\/a> besloten om hun exterieur en etalage te herori\u00ebnteren om de initiatieven binnenin te ondersteunen. Je zou geen zaken doen met een bank die eruitziet alsof ze het moeilijk hebben en een klant zal geen apotheek kiezen die eruitziet alsof hij in de tijd zit en amper volhoudt. \u2013 Gabe Trahan<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Verwaarloos de voorkant van de winkel niet. Wijs zo mogelijk een persoon aan die verantwoordelijk is voor de presentatie van dit gebied.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plaats best verkopende producten en grote labelmerken op ooghoogte om klanten te helpen bij het navigeren door de categorie.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De presentatie moet netjes en georganiseerd zijn, met een zinvolle categoriestroom door de hele winkel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vermijd een gedateerd uitziend interieur. Is er een waarneembaar patroon in de gebieden waar ze als eerste gaan? Maximaliseer de planken of tafels rond deze zones met een gericht assortiment seizoensspecifieke artikelen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Voor- en eindkapdisplays moeten de meest relevante of populaire producten benadrukken waarnaar klanten op zoek zijn.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Merchandise met groot formaat, en populaire merken links op ooghoogte. De klant scant schappen zoals ze dat doen bij het lezen - van links naar rechts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"cross-merchandising\">Cross-merchandising<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het mixen van verschillende categorie\u00ebn is een geweldige kans om een klant te interesseren om een andere SKU op te halen naast waar ze voor kwamen. Cross merchandising bespaart klanten ook tijd bij het navigeren door meerdere gangen. Een positieve ervaring betekent een terugkerende klant!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cre\u00eber een aangewezen ruimte die regelmatig wordt bijgewerkt met nieuwe producten, zodat klanten daar nieuwe items kunnen verwachten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Double vertegenwoordigt een product in een ander gebied met complementaire artikelen om doorverkoop te bevorderen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Combineer items die vaak samen in kleine opzettelijke groepen worden gekocht op tafels of pop-updisplays. Dien je vaak een oudere doelgroep die recepten nodig heeft, gezinnen die huishoudelijke producten nodig hebben of millennials die op zoek zijn naar essenti\u00eble zaken?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het heeft geen zin om verschillende SKU&#039;s voor babyverzorging aan te bieden als uw belangrijkste klanten geen jonge gezinnen zijn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Noteer snel en langzaam verkopend product voor uw winkel en kijk hoe u het SKU-assortiment kunt bewerken om de prestaties van de categorie te be\u00efnvloeden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Meet de tijd dat een product op uw schap staat. Als uw klanten geen interesse tonen, ruim uw assortiment dan op door het te verwijderen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wees niet bang om producten binnen en buiten categorie\u00ebn te vervangen om te zien wat het meest aanspreekt bij klanten in uw regio.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"less-is-more\">Minder is meer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Een overvolle apotheek kan rommelig en moeilijk te navigeren lijken. Het moet voor een klant gemakkelijk zijn om binnen te komen, te bepalen waar hij heen moet en het item dat hij zoekt op te halen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Numark Pharmacy&#039;s Retail Service manager <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pharmaceutical-journal.com\/news-and-analysis\/good-merchandising-basic-tips-for-success\/10006860.article\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Steve Voyse raadt aan<\/a>;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het belangrijkste is om de juiste producten op de juiste plaatsen te hebben. Een veelgemaakte fout is om te veel voorraad in \u00e9\u00e9n gebied te proppen. Dit kan ertoe leiden dat producten achter andere producten schuiven of naar de klant gericht zijn, waardoor het voor de klant moeilijk kan zijn om te vinden wat hij zoekt. Merkleiders kunnen twee of drie van hetzelfde product op een rij garanderen.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Categorie\u00ebn en subcategorie\u00ebn moeten logisch zijn en op een intu\u00eftieve manier in elkaar overlopen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gebruik de kassa- en toonbankruimte voor impulsproducten zoals tijdschriften, dranken en snoep; maar probeer de weergaven beperkt en eenvoudig te houden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Het verminderen van rommel vermindert beslissingsmoeheid en kan een klant helpen beslissen om een aankoop te doen.
