Het helpt het merk relevant, effici\u00ebnt en concurrerend te blijven in de ogen van klanten en gasten. Verandering kan echter moeilijk zijn. Niet iedereen vindt het leuk! Verandering betekent in het onbekende stappen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het hoeft niet zo te zijn. Met rechts <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.bindy.com\/nl\/de-bindy-workflow\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">werkstroom<\/a> en met de juiste tools kan het managen van veranderingen eenvoudig zijn. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hier volgen enkele tips die u kunnen helpen bij verandermanagement. Laten we erin duiken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"1-communicate-early\">1. Communiceer vroeg<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Identificeer teamleden die enthousiast zijn over de werkomgeving en verandering in het algemeen. Deze individuen zullen uw pleitbezorgers en ambassadeurs voor verandering zijn. Laat ze eerst het nieuws over de verandering persoonlijk aan het team overbrengen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stuur daarna een bedrijfsbrede e-mail met de details van de wijziging. Moedig medewerkers aan om met eventuele vragen contact op te nemen met hun teamleider. Orde is hierbij belangrijk... Als u eerst de e-mail verstuurt, hebben de medewerkers die het meest tegen verandering bestand zijn al een besluit voordat het management de kans krijgt om met hen te praten. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Je wilt niet dat ze een negatieve invloed hebben op de rest van het team.
