U moet zich verdiepen in de details en analyses van de detailhandel die de gegevens leveren achter elke transactie en interactie die in uw winkel plaatsvindt.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dat is waar Key Performance Indicators (KPI) van pas komen: numerieke waarden die aangeven of uw bedrijf zijn doelen bereikt. Ze bieden een manier om de prestaties van uw organisatie te evalueren en gegevensgestuurde beslissingen te nemen om uw succesvolle bedrijf te laten groeien.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Maar toch, een onderzoek door<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.geckoboard.com\/blog\/uk-smes-growth-stunted-by-failure-to-identify-and-track-key-metrics-survey\/#.WWwoidMrK9Y\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> gekkobord<\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ontdekte dat 49% van eigenaren van kleine en middelgrote bedrijven geen KPI&#039;s heeft ge\u00efdentificeerd. Ondernemers die KPI&#039;s wel bijhielden, hadden ongeveer twee keer zoveel kans om hun doelen te halen! <\/span>Ze ontdekten ook dat 92% van de bedrijven die hun statistieken in realtime bijhouden, de afgelopen twaalf maanden een deel of al hun doelen hebben bereikt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hoewel er letterlijk honderden KPI&#039;s zijn die een bedrijf zou kunnen volgen, zijn deze hieronder van bijzonder en alomtegenwoordig belang in de meeste vormen van detailhandel.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Omzet<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><b>Hoe te meten:<\/b><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Verkoopinkomsten = inkomsten uit de verkoop van goederen en diensten - de kosten die verband houden met zaken als geretourneerde of onbestelbare goederen.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Simpel gezegd, verkoopopbrengst is hoeveel u verkoopt. Maandelijkse verkoopresultaten kunnen veel vertellen over uw bedrijf. Zijn mensen ge\u00efnteresseerd in het kopen van uw product\/dienst? Hoe werpen uw marketinginspanningen vruchten af? Versla jij je concurrentie?<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Houd bij het evalueren van uw verkoopinkomsten rekening met zaken als veranderingen in de markt, eerdere marketinginspanningen, enz. Er spelen veel factoren een rol. Het verhogen van uw verkoopinkomsten zou een langetermijndoel moeten zijn<\/span>.<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> De meest voor de hand liggende manier om deze statistiek te verhogen, is door het aantal verkopen te verhogen. Denk aan het uitbreiden van uw marketinginspanningen, het aannemen van nieuw personeel of het cre\u00ebren van een winkelomgeving die moeilijk te weerstaan is.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Denk aan het oude gezegde: \u2018hoop is geen managementstrategie\u2019. Het houdt rekening met alle bedrijfskosten, inclusief marketing en arbeid, en vertelt u of u deze maand in het rood staat of met succes in het zwart.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De eenvoudigste manier om uw nettowinstmarge te vergroten, is door uw inkomsten te verhogen, wat kan worden bereikt door meer te verkopen en de prijs van de producten die u verkoopt te verhogen. Of, aan de andere kant, het verlagen van de kosten van sommige artikelen om het aantal verkochte artikelen te vergroten. Probeer cross-merchandising van nieuwe diensten of goederen die uw huidige aanbod aanvullen. De brutomarge vertelt u hoeveel u verdient versus hoeveel u uitgeeft om goederen te verwerven. Het is uiterst belangrijk omdat het u vertelt hoeveel u zich kunt veroorloven om te besteden aan bedrijfskosten zoals salarisadministratie, huur en marketing.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Jaar-op-jaar verkoop<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><b><i>Hoe te meten:<\/i><\/b><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (Totale verkoop jaar 2 \u2013 Totale verkoop jaar 1) \/ Totale verkoop jaar 1 x 100<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dit is precies hoe het klinkt: een vergelijking van hoe uw verkopen zich van jaar tot jaar verhouden, wat belangrijk is aangezien de detailhandel vaak seizoensgebonden is. Met deze KPI kunt u appels met appels vergelijken - of liever, jaarlijkse omzet-tot-jaaromzet - over de prestaties van uw bedrijf.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De bovenstaande vergelijking kan verwarrend lijken, maar om de totale verkoopopbrengst voor uw meest recente periode van 12 maanden (jaar 2) te vinden, trekt u de totale opbrengst af van het jaar ervoor (jaar 1). Dit geeft u de verandering in omzet over het afgelopen jaar. Deel dit nu door uw totale omzet in jaar 1 en vermenigvuldig dit met 100. De eenvoudigste manier om deze statistiek te verbeteren, is door de prijs van uw producten te verhogen. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Als u denkt dat dat geen optie is, bied dan meer waargenomen waarde dan uw concurrentie door middel van verbeterde productverpakkingen, creatieve merchandising, displays en het opleiden van uw klanten om de waarde van wat u verkoopt beter te begrijpen. Upselling is ook een effectieve strategie, net als cross-selling van vergelijkbare items samen in een bundel.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Klantacquisitiekosten<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><b>Hoe te meten: <\/b><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Deel alle kosten die zijn besteed aan het verwerven van meer klanten (marketingkosten) door het aantal klanten dat in dat tijdsbestek is verworven.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dit verwijst naar het bedrag dat u moet uitgeven om \u00e9\u00e9n betalende klant te werven. Klantacquisitiekosten zijn een KPI waarmee u alle toekomstige marketinginspanningen kunt sturen.
