Dankzij e-commerce, gratis verzending en snelle levering hoeven consumenten niet langer naar een grote winkel te rijden en door de gangpaden te dwalen om te vinden wat ze nodig hebben.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Als gevolg hiervan vestigen grote retailers die willen bijbenen winkels dichter bij waar hun klanten zijn. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Het is ook belangrijk op te merken dat het op bepaalde locaties (dwz dichtbevolkte, stedelijke markten) logischer is om kleine winkels te hebben die voorzien in de onmiddellijke behoeften van mensen, dan een superstore van 100.000 vierkante meter waar shoppers naartoe moeten reizen.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ja, grote retailers die &quot;klein worden&quot; is een trend die duidelijk aan kracht wint. De vraag is: moeten MKB-bedrijven zich zorgen maken? <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hier is het antwoord: <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">retailers die geweldige producten, onge\u00ebvenaarde klantenservice en interessante ervaringen aanbieden, zullen nog steeds kunnen concurreren met grote retailers die winkels in hun buurt vestigen.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hier zijn een paar idee\u00ebn om precies dat te doen.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>1. Lokaliseer uw assortiment<\/b><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vandaag de dag concurrerend blijven in de detailhandel, gaat niet over het hebben van meer producten. In plaats daarvan gaat het om het hebben van de <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rechtsaf<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> degenen. Uw assortiment zal een belangrijke motor zijn voor traffic en sales. Besteed aandacht aan de demografische gegevens van klanten, lokale trends, voorraadbewegingen en zelfs weerpatronen in elk gebied, en werk vervolgens samen met uw leveranciers om dienovereenkomstig hun voorraad aan te vullen.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Retailers die in lokalisatie hebben ge\u00efnvesteerd, zien resultaten. Neem bijvoorbeeld Zumiez. Volgens <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/risnews.com\/zumiezs-gets-personalization-and-localization-right\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Winkelinformatiesystemen<\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, in 2017, &quot;groeide de retailer zijn comp-omzet met 7,9%, bijna een verdubbeling van de low-end van zijn begeleidingsvoorspelling van 4% tot 6% jaar-op-jaar groei.&quot;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dat succes is deels te danken aan het gelokaliseerde assortiment. In plaats daarvan gebruikt Kohl&#039;s analyses om het gedrag van klanten in afzonderlijke winkels te bestuderen om ons assortiment aan te passen en af te stemmen op de merken en categorie\u00ebn die ze willen zien en kopen. Kohl&#039;s zet de klant op de eerste plaats door onze winkel relevanter voor hen te maken.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En het lijkt erop dat die praktijk vruchten afwerpt. RIS meldt dat in 2016 Kohl&#039;s vestigingen met gelokaliseerde assortimenten &quot;ongeveer 70 basispunten toenamen in compens, met een 40 basispunten vermindering van de voorraad.&quot; <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>2. Streef naar gemak<\/b><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Als het gaat om moderne retail, is gemak de naam van het spel. Hoe zorg je ervoor dat de artikelen op tijd klaar staan om af te halen? Beschikt u over de middelen (dwz ruimte en personeel) om het ophalen van online bestellingen ter plaatse te verwerken? Als dat zo is, geweldig.
