Om een beleid inzake seksuele intimidatie effectief te laten zijn, moet de beleidsontwikkeling worden gevolgd door voortdurende training, evaluatie en handhaving. Hiervoor hebben we voorbereid <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.bindy.com\/nl\/5-tips-voor-het-omgaan-met-seksuele-intimidatie-in-de-detailhandel\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">5 tips voor het omgaan met seksuele intimidatie in de detailhandel<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zorg ervoor dat uw beleid inzake seksuele intimidatie correct wordt ge\u00efnterpreteerd en gehandhaafd op winkelniveau. Stel een checklist voor seksuele intimidatie in. Checklists zorgen ervoor dat het beleid van een bedrijf inzake seksuele intimidatie consequent wordt gehandhaafd in overeenstemming met de organisatorische normen en voorschriften.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Regelmatige audits helpen retailbedrijven ook om proactief te zijn en problemen aan te pakken voordat ze een groot probleem worden. Door seksuele intimidatie regelmatig op winkelniveau aan te pakken, zullen werknemers begrijpen dat het voorkomen en oplossen van intimidatie een bedrijfsprioriteit is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hieronder vindt u een lijst met voorgestelde criteria voor het omgaan met seksuele intimidatie in: <a href=\"https:\/\/bindy.com\/industries\/\">kleinhandel<\/a> en <a href=\"https:\/\/bindy.com\/industries\/restaurant\/\">restaurants<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">preventie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. Op het moment van aanwerving wordt een due diligence uitgevoerd voor alle nieuwe werknemersreferenties. Referenties en reacties worden bewaard in het dossier van de medewerker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. De antecedentenonderzoeken voor nieuwe medewerkers zijn voltooid en opgenomen in het personeelsdossier v\u00f3\u00f3r de eerste dienst van de medewerker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. Nieuwe medewerkers hebben een training seksuele intimidatie gevolgd en geven aan het beleid te begrijpen en na te leven.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. Bij be\u00ebindiging of opzegging hebben werknemers een exitgesprek waarin de mogelijkheid bestaat om zorgen over seksuele intimidatie aan de orde te stellen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Verdeling<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. Alle werknemersdossiers hebben een ondertekend formulier dat aangeeft dat de werknemer een exemplaar van het intimidatiebeleid van het bedrijf heeft ontvangen, inclusief voorbeelden van gepast en ongepast gedrag, evenals rapportage, onderzoeksprocedures en gevolgen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Waar medewerkers \u00e9\u00e9n-op-\u00e9\u00e9n met klanten\/cli\u00ebnten\/pati\u00ebnten moeten werken, ontvangen alle nieuwe klanten\/cli\u00ebnten\/pati\u00ebnten ook het bedrijfsbeleid inzake seksuele intimidatie of kunnen zij verwijzen naar het beleid van het bedrijf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. Het intimidatiebeleid van het bedrijf wordt gepubliceerd in klant-\/klant-\/pati\u00ebntgebieden, inclusief gedragsvoorbeelden en rapportagestappen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. Interview als districtmanager een aantal winkelmedewerkers tijdens elk bezoek en vraag of ze weten wat intimidatie inhoudt, aan wie ze seksuele intimidatie moeten melden en of ze het onderzoek- en oplossingsproces begrijpen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Vraag als districtmanager de winkelmanager om details van het intimidatiebeleid van het bedrijf, inclusief vertrouwelijkheidsvereisten, de escalatieketen, hoe een werknemer te ondersteunen en de gevolgen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. Beoordeel als districtsmanager eventuele klachten. Zorg ervoor dat alle klachten onmiddellijk en binnen het beleidsprotocol worden afgehandeld.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. Winkelmanagers en afdelingsmanagers modelleren passend gedrag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5. Follow-up van onopgeloste klachten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.
