Ga niet in het proces op zoek naar iets (of iemand) om de schuld te geven<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hoewel het doel van een autopsie is om dingen te identificeren die fout zijn gegaan, is het uiteindelijke doel om inzichten te verkrijgen die toekomstige campagnes zullen verbeteren. U kunt dit niet doen als u de schuld wilt geven. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dit proces gaat \u201cover het beoordelen van het werk en het resultaat met het oog op team- en persoonlijke verbetering. Het moet constructief zijn.
