Een succesvol initiatief gaat niet over op alle kanalen aanwezig zijn; <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">het gaat erom dat u op de punten bent die belangrijk zijn voor uw klanten.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Identificeer de favoriete winkelmethoden, apparaten en platforms van uw doelgroep en leer vervolgens hoe ze deze gebruiken. Kopen de meeste van uw klanten bij fysieke retailers? Zo ja, wat is hun winkelgedrag? Zijn ze groot op digitale kanalen zoals e-commerce en mobiel? Hoe vaak zitten ze op hun telefoon en welke sociale of messaging-apps gebruiken ze?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dit zijn slechts enkele van de vragen die u moet stellen wanneer u uw campagneplannen strijkt. Als je eenmaal de juiste plaatsen, apps en netwerken hebt ge\u00efdentificeerd om te gebruiken, ga dan creatief aan de slag en bedenk initiatieven die gebruikmaken van de unieke mogelijkheden van elk kanaal. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kijk eens wat Uniqlo deed toen het zijn aanwezigheid in China wilde vergroten. Om dat te bereiken lanceerde Uniqlo \u2018Style Your Life\u2019, een campagne via meerdere kanalen waarbij zowel fysieke locaties als WeChat, de populairste sociale netwerk- en berichtenapp van het land, betrokken waren.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zo werkte het: Uniqlo installeerde monitoren in zijn winkels, die verschillende achtergronden genereerden voor mensen die kleding probeerden. Shoppers die de monitoren gebruikten, gebruikten de apparaten vervolgens om verschillende outfits te bekijken en verschillende achtergronden te genereren waardoor het leek alsof ze zich in plaatsen als Tokio, New York of Londen bevonden. Klanten konden de monitoren ook gebruiken om foto&#039;s te maken en deze vervolgens te delen via WeChat.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De resultaten? <a href=\"http:\/\/adage.com\/article\/special-report-women-to-watch-china-2015\/uniqlo-doubled-wechat-followers-china\/300039\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Volgens AdAge<\/a>, Uniqlo &quot;meer dan het dubbele aantal WeChat-volgers, van 400.000 toen de campagne werd gelanceerd ... tot 1 miljoen toen het zes maanden later eindigde.&quot; Niet alleen dat, maar de inspanning verhoogde ook de verkoop van belangrijke kledingstukken met 30%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Focussen op WeChat was een van de dingen die de campagne van Uniqlo succesvol maakten. Dat gezegd hebbende, moet uw campagne nog steeds een element hebben dat het hele initiatief met elkaar verbindt.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Het kan een bepaald palet of thema zijn. Het kan een bepaald verhaal of verhaal zijn. Wat het ook is, u wilt dat de campagne vertrouwd aanvoelt op verschillende kanalen. Dit maakt niet alleen de merkbeleving een stuk vlotter, maar het maakt de campagne ook memorabeler. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Denk aan het geval van Clinique, dat een samenhangende campagne met meerdere kanalen lanceerde door dezelfde beelden opnieuw te gebruiken voor verschillende platforms. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Clinique had onlangs een gedrukte advertentiecampagne gelanceerd voor zijn Chubby Plump &amp; Shine plumping gloss. Het merk wilde de campagne digitaal aanpakken, maar in plaats van het wiel opnieuw uit te vinden en met een nieuwe online advertentie te komen, besloot Clinique <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.thinkwithgoogle.com\/advertising-channels\/video\/clinique-bumper-ads-strategy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">werkte met het Unskippable Labs-team van Google<\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> om advertenties te maken op basis van bestaande advertenties van Clinique&#039;s print- en verkooppuntadvertenties.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ze bedachten drie advertenties van 6 seconden voor de campagne:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Eerst was er een advertentie genaamd <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ballonnen<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, die begon met de gedrukte advertentie en eenvoudige animatie.
