Samenwerkingsinspanningen kunnen de voorraden in het winkelschap met 5 tot 8 procent verhogen, de voorraden met gemiddeld 10 procent verminderen en de logistieke kosten voor retailers met 3 tot 4 procent verlagen, terwijl de productiekosten met 5 tot 15 procent worden verlaagd en de productiekosten met 3 tot 3 procent worden verlaagd. 10 procent reductie in Algemene &amp; Administratieve (G&amp;A) kosten voor leveranciers.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Het is duidelijk dat het vormen van samenwerkingsrelaties loont in de retail- en CPG-ruimte, en daarom moeten merken er alles aan doen om teamwerk en samenwerking met hun retailpartners te bevorderen.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hier zijn vijf tips om CPG-merken te helpen samenwerken met retailers.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"tip-1-collaborate-in-the-planning-stage-and-establish-shared-goals\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tip #1: Werk samen in de planningsfase en stel gedeelde doelen vast<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In plaats van retailers te benaderen als je al een plan hebt uitgestippeld, betrek je ze bij de planning en het stellen van doelen van je programma&#039;s. Neem de tijd om elkaars doelstellingen en KPI&#039;s helder te krijgen. Welke cijfers moet je halen? Leidinggevende teams van beide ondernemingen kwamen maandelijks bijeen om hun prognoses, prestaties en resultaten te bespreken.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hierdoor konden de bedrijven het eens worden over &quot;veranderingen zoals promoties, verschuivingen in serviceniveaus en aanpassingen aan gedeelde voordelen.&quot; Niet alleen dat, maar de gezamenlijke inspanning maakte de weg vrij voor &quot;betere leveringspercentages, verhoogde beschikbaarheid in de schappen, nieuwe gerichte promoties, betere marges, verlagingen van de voorraadniveaus en gemakkelijker overeenstemming over andere samenwerkingsinitiatieven.&quot;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Overweeg een vergelijkbare aanpak te volgen. Wacht niet tot het einde van uw retailprogramma om de prestaties te evalueren.
