Het verkopen van loten en spellen brengt echter bepaalde juridische en maatschappelijke verantwoordelijkheden met zich mee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Een checklist voor loterijen zorgt ervoor dat loten en spellen worden verhandeld en verkocht in overeenstemming met de normen en voorschriften van het loterijbedrijf. Regelmatige bezoeken en audits door het loterijbedrijf helpen loterijverkopers om de verkoop te stimuleren en binnen de wettelijke en gemeenschapsnormen te werken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hieronder een lijst met criteria voor het controleren van loterijwinkels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<span id=\"checklist-injection\"><\/span>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vereisten voor detailhandelaren<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Loterijhandelaar is geregistreerd en het contract is up-to-date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De loterijlicentie van de detailhandelaar wordt duidelijk weergegeven.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De loterijverkopen van de detailhandelaar voldoen aan de contractuele winstgevendheidsdoelstellingen (indien van toepassing).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De detailhandelaar houdt zich aan de regels van de loterijonderneming en verkoopt geen loten aan:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>minderjarigen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bedwelmde personen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Loterijmedewerkers die loterijspelapparatuur bedienen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Medewerkers en bestuursleden van loterijbedrijven<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De detailhandelaar zorgt ervoor dat al het personeel zich houdt aan de loterijregels voor het verkopen, valideren, inwisselen en annuleren van loten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Het personeel is getraind in ID-screening.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Het personeel is getraind in loterijapparatuur, waaronder terminals, dispensers en kiosken.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Retailer meldt onmiddellijk out-of-order loterijapparatuur.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/bindy.com\/products\/retail-audit\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/blog.bindy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/lottery_works_here_800.png?w=700&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-13513\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Externe bewegwijzering<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Loterijborden, spandoeken en reclameborden zijn duidelijk zichtbaar voor passerende voetgangers en voertuigen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verlichte jackpot \/ promotionele bewegwijzering is in goede staat van onderhoud zonder doorgebrande lichten, chips of krassen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wettelijk verplichte deur- en etalagedisplays zijn aanwezig en zichtbaar voor personen die de winkel betreden.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Interne promotionele bewegwijzering<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Loterij speelstations zijn duidelijk gemarkeerd.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jackpot digital signage heeft, indien van toepassing, toegang tot het draadloze netwerk van de winkel, zodat de jackpot in realtime kan worden bijgewerkt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wobblers zijn actueel en in goede staat (geen scheuren, kreuken).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Loterij vloermatten worden regelmatig schoongemaakt en er zijn geen vlekken of rafels.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Loterij vloerstickers zijn in goede staat van onderhoud (geen vervaging en peeling).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">POS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.vendhq.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">POS<\/a> wordt verhandeld volgens het loterijplanogram.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Trektijden worden geplaatst.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De melding &quot;Lucky Retailer&quot;
