Gebruik deze voorbeeldchecklist voor hotelveiligheid en -beveiliging om uw inspectieprogramma voor al uw hotels te maken of bij te werken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Als de veiligheid van een hotel in twijfel wordt getrokken, kan dit het merk beschadigen en gasten weghouden. Hieronder een lijst met criteria voor het controleren van de veiligheid van uw hoteleigendommen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Methodologie<\/span>: Deze checklist is samengesteld uit een aantal bronnen<\/a> en gemodereerd met behulp van brancheonderzoek en onze ervaring met de horeca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/span>\n\n\n\n

Veiligheid  <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

1. Is er 24\/7 een professioneel beveiligingsteam aanwezig in het hotel?
2. Is de verlichting aan de buitenkant van het hotel voldoende?
3. Is er een professionele beveiligingsmanager?
4. Toegang tot ondergrondse parkeergarage wordt gecontroleerd?
5. Heeft het hotel een noodplan dat regelmatig wordt getest?
6. Is er cameratoezicht in openbare ruimtes?
7. Heeft het hotel een noodstroomvoorziening?
8. Is het gebied van het hotel vrij van risicovolle voorzieningen zoals ambassades of belangrijke overheidsgebouwen?
9. Worden andere toegangsdeuren dan de hoofdingang bewaakt om onbevoegde toegang te voorkomen?<\/p>\n\n\n

Brandveiligheid<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

1. Is er een brand-\/rookdetectiesysteem?
2. Is er een systeem om hotelgasten te waarschuwen voor een probleem?
3. Zijn er brandblussers en\/of slanghaspelsystemen? Zijn ze duidelijk gemarkeerd?
4. Is er een sprinklerinstallatie?
5. Zijn vluchtdeuren voorzien van paniekbeslag?
6. De vluchtdeuren naar buiten zwenken?
7. Gaat de nooduitgangtrap rechtstreeks naar de buitenkant van het gebouw?
8. Wordt het brandplan regelmatig getest?
9. Heeft het hotelpersoneel een basistraining op het gebied van brandveiligheid gehad?<\/p>\n\n\n

4. Zijn de nooduitgangen op elke verdieping duidelijk gemarkeerd?
