U kunt normen publiceren en winkels opleiden, maar u kunt geen merknormen verwachten, tenzij u aantoont dat u zich aan die normen houdt. Elke franchisenemer is een merkambassadeur die namens het hele merk spreekt. Een klant weet niet, en kan het ook niet schelen, wiens naam op de franchiseovereenkomst staat. Stel een klant in \u00e9\u00e9n winkel teleur en het kan heel goed zijn dat ze niet meer naar alle winkels gaan! Het niet uitvoeren en niet voldoen aan de normen van het merk in \u00e9\u00e9n winkel schaadt niet alleen de verkoop en reputatie van deze exploitant, het schaadt de winst van alle andere exploitanten. Audit franchisenemers om ervoor te zorgen dat de klantenservicenormen op alle locaties worden nageleefd.<\/p>\n\n\n

Retailers met meerdere vestigingen besteden vaak aanzienlijke middelen \u2013 speciale websites en beurzen \u2013 om nieuwe franchisenemers aan te trekken. Aankomende franchisenemers zullen hun spaargeld eerder investeren in een operationeel sterk merk dan in een merk dat als inconsistent en gebrekkig wordt beschouwd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hoe zit het met financi\u00eble controles?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We zouden dit 'de olifant in de auditkamer' kunnen noemen, het onderwerp waar iedereen aan denkt als het gaat om franchise-audits. Het is een gangbare praktijk voor franchisegevers om ervoor te zorgen dat hun franchisenemers niet te weinig verkopen rapporteren.
