Toen er reisbeperkingen werden ingevoerd, konden veel districtsmanagers niet meer bepalen hoeveel tijd ze onderweg en in de winkels konden doorbrengen. Na de pandemie heeft het concept van \u2018operaties op afstand\u2019 vaste voet gekregen. Het kan snel en kosteneffectief resultaten opleveren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het is nog steeds essentieel voor retailmerken om ervoor te zorgen dat <a href=\"https:\/\/bindy.com\/business\/health-safety\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">gezondheid en veiligheid<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/bindy.com\/business\/loss-prevention\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">verlies preventie<\/a>, en <a href=\"https:\/\/bindy.com\/business\/merchandising\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">handelsnormen <\/a>zijn in lijn met merkstandaarden en strategische doelstellingen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Districtmanagers en retailmerken hebben een effectieve manier nodig om winkelactiviteiten op afstand te beheren. Daarom hebben we deze handleiding gemaakt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"remote-is-the-new-in-person\">Afstandsbediening is persoonlijk het nieuwe<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rapporterend over een recent onderzoek onder 317 CFO&#039;s, <a href=\"https:\/\/retailwire.com\/discussion\/is-remote-working-here-for-good\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Detailhandelsdraad:<\/a> merkt op dat 74% van plan is om ten minste vijf procent van hun voormalige on-site personeelsbestand naar permanente externe posities te verplaatsen. Het andere kwart is van plan om ten minste 20% van hun werknemers over te plaatsen naar externe posities. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De grootste strijd voor telewerkers is teamcommunicatie waarbij 17% frustraties meldt. Aangezien teams meerdere, soms onveilige platforms gebruiken, zijn co\u00f6rdinatie en beveiliging een probleem. Het is essentieel om uw districtmanagers en winkels op \u00e9\u00e9n platform te brengen dat overal en op elk apparaat toegankelijk is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Externe medewerkers melden ook frustratie over hardwarecompatibiliteit en thuiskantoorconfiguraties. Vraag bijvoorbeeld niet &quot;Op een schaal van 1 - 5, is de winkel schoon?&quot; Voeg in plaats daarvan details en specifieke criteria toe om het succes te bepalen en te meten (en vraag foto&#039;s aan!).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nog beter, stel gerichte vragen: \u201cWas de winkel gestofzuigd voor opening en na sluiting?\u201d &quot;Heeft de verkoopmedewerker de klant bedankt voor zijn aankoop en uitgenodigd om terug te komen?&quot; &quot;Dragen alle verkoopmedewerkers maskers?&quot;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Denk er bij het samenstellen van uw formulier aan dat u de &quot;coach&quot; bent. Beschouw dit proces als een kans om winkels te coachen, normen, verwachtingen en best practices te verduidelijken. Actieplannen helpen het tijdrovende heen en weer te elimineren. Ze houden problemen ook op \u00e9\u00e9n platform waar teams veilig kunnen communiceren.
