Uitvoering van programma's en standaarden<\/a> is essentieel voor retail- en horecamerken. Hier is waarom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Visie versus realiteit<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

De visie is wat het hoofdkantoor voor ogen heeft. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

De visie hoopt merchandisinginitiatieven en seizoensprogramma's in te zetten om een bepaald resultaat te bereiken, zoals hogere verkopen, lagere kosten en\/of hogere klanttevredenheid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De visie is de nieuwe bewegwijzering die marketing heeft ontwikkeld, training die "zou moeten worden geleverd" en normen voor operaties \/ merchandising \/ gezondheid en veiligheid \/ geldverwerking die "moeten worden gevolgd".<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In werkelijkheid wordt er niet altijd bewegwijzering aangebracht, is het personeel niet altijd opgeleid en worden seizoensprogramma's niet altijd consequent en op tijd uitgevoerd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Wat is uitvoering in de winkel?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Uitvoering in de winkel verzoent de visie met de werkelijkheid. Uitvoering in de winkel maakt het mogelijk<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hiermee beschikt u over een winkelomgeving die de visie en belofte van het merk waarmaakt. Zonder dit heb je wensdenken en een vals gevoel van voldoening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Uitvoering brengt de visie in lijn met de werkelijkheid<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Ervan uitgaande dat je dat hebt gedaan meer dan een handvol winkels om te beheren<\/a>, je weet niet hoe winkels echt worden uitgevoerd, tenzij je processen hebt en een solide workflow<\/a> om je hierbij te helpen. Operators voeren verschillend uit. Districtmanagers kunnen verschillende voorkeuren en prioriteiten hebben, gebaseerd op hun eigen ervaring en gevoeligheden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Daar is niets mis mee, maar je moet ervoor zorgen dat de kernnormen en programma's die de ruggengraat vormen van de strategie van het merk, overal en altijd volledig worden ge\u00efmplementeerd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Uit onderzoek blijkt dat er sprake is van onjuiste of onvolledige uitvoering van merchandising kost detailhandelaren jaarlijks 1%+ aan omzet<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dan moet je rekening houden metkrimpen<\/a>\u201d (vaak veroorzaakt door fouten en tekortkomingen in de uitvoering), wat retailers jaarlijks gemiddeld 1,5% aan omzet kost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
