O qualcuno?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La realt\u00e0 \u00e8 che le ipotesi sono spesso fatte istintivamente, siano esse giuste o sbagliate. \u00c8 nella natura umana reagire a situazioni, esperienze e persino persone pur non sapendo nulla di questi scenari.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c8 giusto dire che la prima impressione \u00e8 importante: chiara e semplice. Sfortunatamente, lo \u00e8 <em>non <\/em>cos\u00ec chiaro e semplice come un rivenditore per reagire a queste realt\u00e0. Assicurati che il personale del tuo negozio abbia un codice di abbigliamento in atto che contribuisce al marchio del tuo negozio e, allo stesso modo, non distrae i clienti da ci\u00f2 per cui sono veramente l\u00ec, ovvero fare acquisti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Implementare le aspettative di comunicazione del cliente <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Niente pu\u00f2 dare una buona prima impressione come una buona comunicazione. Tenendo presente questo, i commercianti devono essere proattivi nell&#039;identificare i modi in cui desiderano che il personale del negozio accolga e supporti i clienti che entrano nel loro negozio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ampliare le informazioni sulle promozioni o sui prodotti in negozio \u00e8 un naturale inizio di conversazione da considerare per i rivenditori, ma dire ciao \u00e8 il primo passo per dare ai clienti la possibilit\u00e0 di interagire con il personale del tuo negozio. Per questo motivo, e poich\u00e9 i secondi contano qui, considera come il tuo negozio attualmente accoglie i clienti, quindi considera quali variazioni possono esistere nel team del tuo negozio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Offri un saluto coerente a tutti i clienti che entrano dalle tue porte? O i tuoi saluti variano in base a chi li sta estendendo? Inoltre, come viene consegnato questo saluto... con il contatto visivo? Da dietro la tua area di confezionamento dei contanti? O dovunque si trovi il personale del tuo negozio nel momento in cui qualcuno entra nel tuo negozio?
