La maggior parte dei tuoi clienti acquista da rivenditori fisici? Se s\u00ec, qual \u00e8 il loro comportamento in negozio? Sono grandi sui canali digitali come e-commerce e mobile? Quanto spesso usano il telefono e quali app social o di messaggistica usano?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Queste sono solo alcune delle domande che dovresti porre quando stai stilando i piani della tua campagna. Dopo aver identificato i luoghi, le app e le reti giuste da utilizzare, diventa creativo e crea iniziative che sfruttino le capacit\u00e0 uniche di ciascun canale. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Scopri cosa ha fatto Uniqlo quando ha voluto aumentare la sua presenza in Cina. Per raggiungere questo obiettivo, Uniqlo ha lanciato \u201cStyle Your Life\u201d, una campagna multicanale che ha coinvolto le sue sedi fisiche e WeChat, il social network e l\u2019app di messaggistica pi\u00f9 popolare nel paese.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ecco come ha funzionato: Uniqlo ha installato dei monitor all&#039;interno dei suoi negozi, che generavano sfondi diversi per le persone che provavano i vestiti. Gli acquirenti che utilizzavano i monitor avrebbero quindi utilizzato i dispositivi per controllare diversi abiti e per generare vari sfondi che facessero sembrare come se si trovassero in posti come Tokyo, New York o Londra. I clienti hanno anche potuto utilizzare i monitor per scattare foto e poi condividerle tramite WeChat.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I risultati? <a href=\"http:\/\/adage.com\/article\/special-report-women-to-watch-china-2015\/uniqlo-doubled-wechat-followers-china\/300039\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Secondo AdAge<\/a>, Uniqlo &quot;pi\u00f9 del doppio del numero di follower di WeChat, da 400.000 quando la campagna \u00e8 stata lanciata... a 1 milione quando \u00e8 terminata sei mesi dopo&quot;. Non solo, ma lo sforzo ha anche aumentato le vendite di capi di abbigliamento chiave di 30%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Concentrarsi su WeChat \u00e8 stata una delle cose che ha reso la campagna di Uniqlo di successo.
