Ci\u00f2 implica il coordinamento con i team locali, la garanzia che i prodotti e la segnaletica per ogni sede siano compatibili con ogni formato di ristorante, la garanzia della conformit\u00e0 e la verifica dell&#039;esecuzione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cosa si fa quando si tratta di 3.200 sedi e si deve procedere e verificare in pochi giorni?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cliente<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Azienda internazionale di prodotti confezionati, servizi di ristorazione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La sfida: conversione del merchandising in 3.200 sedi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una delle pi\u00f9 grandi aziende al mondo di beni di consumo confezionati (d&#039;ora in poi denominata \u201cCPG\u201d) si \u00e8 rivolta a noi <a href=\"https:\/\/bindy.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Legato<\/a> con un problema. Avevano raggiunto un accordo con un importante gruppo di ristoranti a servizio rapido (d&#039;ora in poi denominato &quot;QSR&quot;) per avere i loro prodotti elencati in 3.200 ristoranti. Il CPG mostrerebbe i propri prodotti al posto dei prodotti di un concorrente chiave. Dovevano gestire una conversione del merchandising in 3.200 ristoranti nel giro di poche settimane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Come potrebbero raccogliere informazioni a livello di negozio in anticipo, implementare la conversione e quindi ispezionare nuovamente tutti i negozi al termine? Come potevano garantire che ogni negozio fosse convertito e ogni attivit\u00e0 di merchandising si svolgesse, in tempo, per intero, in tutte le localit\u00e0?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requisiti<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il time to market \u00e8 stato fondamentale per il successo del programma. Il CPG era particolarmente interessato a distribuire a <a href=\"https:\/\/bindy.com\/industries\/cpg\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">soluzione pronta per il campo<\/a>, entro giorni. Ci\u00f2 includeva l&#039;usabilit\u00e0 in 6 fusi orari e 3.200 negozi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Inizialmente, il CPG ha considerato soluzioni \u201cinterne\u201d (<a href=\"https:\/\/blog.bindy.com\/it\/excel-email-vs-bindy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Excel, posta elettronica<\/a>) e soluzioni di sondaggio generiche (SurveyMonkey\u2122). Caricato oltre 3.200 posizioni sul sistema utilizzando le funzionalit\u00e0 di caricamento integrate di Bindy. Bindy geocodifica automaticamente le posizioni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Creazione di una gerarchia nazionale completa di manager regionali e rappresentanti di vendita sul campo. Il programma prevedeva 3 fasi:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Fase uno<\/strong><br><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.bindy.com\/it\/come-creare-una-checklist-di-controllo-per-laudit-al-dettaglio\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Sondaggio in negozio<\/a> e accertamento dei fatti in ciascuna delle 3.200 localit\u00e0. L&#039;obiettivo era raccogliere dati prima della conversione. Ci\u00f2 consisteva nel verificare le informazioni di contatto del personale del negozio, le attrezzature, il parcheggio e le opzioni di consegna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Inoltre, hanno scattato decine di migliaia di foto e allegate foto a ogni visita per documentare l&#039;ambiente di ciascuna sede e l&#039;impostazione del merchandising. Bindy ha aiutato questa fase con mappe integrate, geolocalizzazione e la possibilit\u00e0 di concentrarsi sui negozi vicini. In questo modo il CPG potrebbe facilmente vedere i negozi che richiedevano ancora una visita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Fase due<\/strong><br>Sondaggio telefonico da parte dei rappresentanti di vendita della sede centrale a ciascuna delle 3.200 sedi. Sulla base dei dati raccolti nella fase uno, l&#039;obiettivo della fase due era confermare i dettagli dell&#039;imminente conversione, come l&#039;attrezzatura da sostituire e la data effettiva della conversione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Fase tre<\/strong><br>Indagine post-implementazione in ciascuna delle 3.200 sedi. L&#039;obiettivo era ottenere feedback e informazioni su come \u00e8 andato il processo di conversione. La conversione \u00e8 stata eseguita bene, nei tempi e nel modo meno dirompente possibile? CPG ha utilizzato i report integrati per scoprire cosa ha funzionato e cosa non ha funzionato, dove e quando, sia in forma grezza che aggregata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conclusione sulla conversione del merchandising<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Utilizzando un maturo, moderno e <a href=\"https:\/\/bindy.com\/industries\/cpg\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">strumento software pronto per il campo <\/a>ha reso facile per una grande azienda di beni di consumo confezionati prepararsi e analizzare i risultati di un programma chiave di conversione del merchandising in 3.200 negozi in 6 fusi orari.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hanno visitato migliaia di luoghi, condotto migliaia di controlli, catturato decine di migliaia di foto e l&#039;hanno resa operativa in ore e giorni, non settimane e mesi.
