Population en croissance rapide <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#039;Inde a le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.statista.com\/statistics\/263766\/total-population-of-india\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">deuxi\u00e8me plus grand<\/a> population mondiale (estim\u00e9e \u00e0 1,42 milliard pour 2023) mais devrait d\u00e9passer la Chine, qui occupe le premier rang. Actuellement, l&#039;Inde repr\u00e9sente 17% de la population mondiale et <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pwc.in\/assets\/pdfs\/publications\/2017\/the-promise-of-indian-retail-from-vision-to-execution.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">3%<\/a> de la consommation mondiale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Population jeune<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alors que le reste du monde est aux prises avec les effets du vieillissement de la population, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pwc.in\/assets\/pdfs\/publications\/2017\/the-promise-of-indian-retail-from-vision-to-execution.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">47%<\/a> de la population indienne a moins de 25 ans. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2012\/10\/10\/business\/global\/younger-indians-eager-to-embrace-foreign-big-box-stores-and-malls.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Le New York Times<\/a> rapporte que la jeunesse indienne \u00e9tait impatiente d&#039;adopter les marques occidentales telles que les tee-shirts Benetton, les pizzas Domino et les chocolats au lait Cadbury, ainsi que l&#039;exp\u00e9rience de magasinage offerte par les centres commerciaux de style am\u00e9ricain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les jeunes consommateurs sont <a href=\"https:\/\/assets.kpmg\/content\/dam\/kpmg\/pdf\/2014\/11\/BBG-Retail.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">stimuler les ventes<\/a> dans la mode, l&#039;alimentation et les boissons, les restaurants \u00e0 service rapide et les t\u00e9l\u00e9phones portables. Ces consommateurs sont pr\u00eats \u00e0 exp\u00e9rimenter et \u00e0 adopter de nouvelles marques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Augmentation du revenu par habitant<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le revenu par habitant <a href=\"https:\/\/www.india-briefing.com\/news\/indias-per-capita-income-doubles-since-2014-15-but-wealth-unevenly-spread-27325.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">doubl\u00e9 <\/a>de $1053 USD en 2014 \u00e0 $2 091 USD en 2022. Les consommateurs ont d\u00e9sormais un revenu disponible plus important. Les consommateurs indiens ont de plus en plus tendance \u00e0 acheter des produits de marque ainsi que des biens et services ax\u00e9s sur la commodit\u00e9 et une vie plus saine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il est important de se rappeler que les moyennes ne racontent pas toute l&#039;histoire car il reste aujourd&#039;hui une in\u00e9galit\u00e9 importante dans la r\u00e9partition des richesses en Inde. En r\u00e9alit\u00e9, seulement environ 6% de la population est un march\u00e9 cible pour les grands d\u00e9taillants qui cherchent \u00e0 entrer dans le paysage indien de la vente au d\u00e9tail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pourtant, 6% de l&#039;\u00e9norme population de l&#039;Inde repr\u00e9sente environ <a href=\"https:\/\/www.imrg.org\/india-demographics\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">80 millions<\/a> personnes, soit \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s la totalit\u00e9 de la population de l&#039;Allemagne et plus que la France, l&#039;Angleterre, l&#039;Italie ou l&#039;Espagne. Le march\u00e9 indien ne peut \u00eatre ignor\u00e9 par les d\u00e9taillants ou les commer\u00e7ants.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignleft\"><a href=\"https:\/\/bindy.com\/industries\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"attachment noopener wp-att-12561\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/blog.bindy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/india_works_here_800.png?w=700&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12561\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Changements dans la structure des m\u00e9nages <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les familles nucl\u00e9aires ont augment\u00e9 de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pwc.in\/assets\/pdfs\/publications\/2017\/the-promise-of-indian-retail-from-vision-to-execution.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">13%<\/a> au cours des deux derni\u00e8res d\u00e9cennies pour comprendre 70% de tous les m\u00e9nages indiens. Les familles nucl\u00e9aires ont tendance \u00e0 d\u00e9penser 20-30% de plus que les familles mixtes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De plus, \u00e0 mesure que de plus en plus de femmes participent au march\u00e9 du travail, il y a de nouvelles demandes de services qui aident le consommateur qui est occup\u00e9 et \u00e0 court de temps. Cette tendance ne devrait que se poursuivre. Le Forum \u00e9conomique mondial rapporte que 82% des femmes interrog\u00e9es lors d&#039;une r\u00e9cente enqu\u00eate ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que leur emploi id\u00e9al serait <a href=\"https:\/\/www.weforum.org\/agenda\/2018\/10\/here-s-what-young-indians-really-want-from-life\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u00e0 plein temps<\/a> \u00e0 l&#039;ext\u00e9rieur de la maison.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Urbanisation<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D&#039;ici 2025, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mckinsey.com\/featured-insights\/urbanization\/comparing-urbanization-in-china-and-india\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">38%<\/a> de la population indienne vivra dans ses villes. Le PIB urbain par habitant de l&#039;Inde a un taux de croissance projet\u00e9 de 6% entre 2005 et 2025. Cela signifie que le nombre de m\u00e9nages urbains disposant d&#039;un pouvoir d&#039;achat discr\u00e9tionnaire r\u00e9el pourrait \u00eatre multipli\u00e9 par sept pour atteindre <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mckinsey.com\/featured-insights\/urbanization\/indias-urbanization-a-closer-look\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">89<\/a> millions de foyers d&#039;ici 2025. Cela signifie \u00e9galement qu&#039;il y aura des demandes massives pour moderniser l&#039;infrastructure urbaine de l&#039;Inde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong style=\"color: var(--color-text);\">Paysage de la vente au d\u00e9tail<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La population jeune de l&#039;Inde, l&#039;urbanisation croissante et la hausse des revenus signifient que son march\u00e9 de d\u00e9tail devrait cro\u00eetre \u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.equitymaster.com\/research-it\/sector-info\/retail\/Retailing-Sector-Analysis-Report.asp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">12%<\/a> d&#039;une ann\u00e9e sur l&#039;autre, d\u00e9passant $1,1 billion USD d&#039;ici l&#039;ann\u00e9e prochaine. Les stands de rue et les petits magasins appartenant \u00e0 une seule personne ou \u00e0 une famille couvrent 90-93% du march\u00e9. En comparaison, dans les \u00e9conomies plus matures, le commerce de d\u00e9tail organis\u00e9 repr\u00e9sente environ <a href=\"https:\/\/www.equitymaster.com\/research-it\/sector-info\/retail\/Retailing-Sector-Analysis-Report.asp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">80%<\/a> de tous les commerces de d\u00e9tail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cependant, il est important de noter qu&#039;\u00e0 mesure que le secteur de la vente au d\u00e9tail se d\u00e9veloppe globalement (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.equitymaster.com\/research-it\/sector-info\/retail\/Retailing-Sector-Analysis-Report.asp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">12%<\/a> par an) en Inde. Le commerce de d\u00e9tail organis\u00e9 se d\u00e9veloppe actuellement \u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.imrg.org\/india-retail-landscape\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">deux fois le rythme<\/a> du commerce de d\u00e9tail non organis\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gardez \u00e0 l&#039;esprit qu&#039;avant <a href=\"https:\/\/www.imrg.org\/india-retail-landscape\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2012, <\/a>les investissements \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9tranger n&#039;\u00e9taient pas autoris\u00e9s dans les d\u00e9taillants multimarques. Les nouveaux investissements des marques \u00e9trang\u00e8res continuent d&#039;\u00eatre le moteur de la transition vers le commerce organis\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Par cat\u00e9gorie, alimentation et \u00e9picerie composent <a href=\"https:\/\/www.imrg.org\/india-retail-landscape\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">60%<\/a> du march\u00e9 de d\u00e9tail en Inde. Les autres cat\u00e9gories importantes sont l&#039;\u00e9lectronique grand public au 10% et l&#039;habillement au 8%. Alors que l&#039;habillement repr\u00e9sente environ <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Retailing_in_India\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">10%<\/a> de son PIB.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les consommateurs indiens sont de plus en plus conscients des normes mondiales et des m\u00e9dias occidentaux. Il y a une tendance constante parmi les consommateurs \u00e0 &quot;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.pwc.in\/assets\/pdfs\/publications\/2017\/the-promise-of-indian-retail-from-vision-to-execution.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">uptrade<\/a>\u00bb aux produits de marque, rechercher des produits de meilleure qualit\u00e9 et payer pour le service et la commodit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La p\u00e9n\u00e9tration croissante du num\u00e9rique est en partie responsable du passage au commerce de d\u00e9tail organis\u00e9 et du d\u00e9sir de produits de marque. En 2017, l&#039;Inde a mis en \u00e9vidence une p\u00e9n\u00e9tration d&#039;Internet de 37% et en 2018, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.statista.com\/statistics\/257048\/smartphone-user-penetration-in-india\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">26%<\/a> de la population utilise un smartphone. Les r\u00e9cents changements de politiques ont assoupli certaines des restrictions d&#039;investissement. D&#039;autres n&#039;ont pas pr\u00e9vu le co\u00fbt d&#039;atteindre une population g\u00e9ographiquement dispers\u00e9e car la structure de distribution est fragment\u00e9e au niveau pan-indien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#039;Inde envisage d&#039;investir <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/article\/us-india-politics\/india-plans-to-invest-1-39-trillion-in-infrastructure-to-spur-economy-idUSKBN1Y50TN\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">$1,39 trillion<\/a> USD dans des projets d&#039;infrastructure au cours des cinq prochaines ann\u00e9es. En octobre 2019, l&#039;Arabie saoudite a annonc\u00e9 un investissement de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.entrepreneur.com\/article\/340230\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">$100 milliards<\/a> comme un moyen de diversifier sa propre \u00e9conomie et de r\u00e9duire sa d\u00e9pendance au p\u00e9trole. Le Japon est un investisseur actif en cours dans les \u00c9tats du nord-est de l&#039;Inde avec des projets de routes, d&#039;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9, d&#039;approvisionnement en eau et de biodiversit\u00e9.
