Nous avons un os \u00e0 choisir avec certaines de nos marques QSR pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9es. Ce n'est pas le menu. Ce n'est pas le service. Ce ne sont pas les si\u00e8ges, le parking ni le service au volant. Les restaurants \u00e0 service rapide ont \u00e9videmment d\u00e9pens\u00e9 de l'argent, d\u00e9ploy\u00e9 des syst\u00e8mes et d\u00e9ploy\u00e9 des processus dans ces domaines cl\u00e9s et cela se voit. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mais lorsque la nature nous appelle, ou lorsque nous voulons nous laver les mains avant un repas, nous nous attendons \u00e0 trouver des toilettes propres avec un distributeur de savon et un s\u00e8che-linge en \u00e9tat de marche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nous, les gens de l'industrie, avons tendance \u00e0 nier l'existence du probl\u00e8me. Nous fermons les yeux. Nous avons mis en place un programme de formation, n'est-ce pas ?
