Ahora los clientes se preocupan por el servicio al cliente&nbsp;<strong>y<\/strong> acciones de los minoristas que impactan directamente en lo que les importa personalmente (sostenibilidad, salarios justos, justicia social, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En un informe reciente, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.accenture.com\/us-en\/insights\/strategy\/brand-purpose?c=glb_globalconsumerptwitter_10442546&amp;n=smc_1218&amp;linkId=100000007906796\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Acento<\/a> explica, \u201clos consumidores en los Estados Unidos ya no toman decisiones basadas \u00fanicamente en la selecci\u00f3n de productos o el precio; est\u00e1n evaluando lo que dice una marca, lo que hace y lo que representa.
