El margen bruto le dice cu\u00e1nto est\u00e1 ganando en comparaci\u00f3n con cu\u00e1nto est\u00e1 gastando para adquirir bienes. Es extremadamente importante porque le dice cu\u00e1nto puede gastar en costos operativos como n\u00f3mina, alquiler y marketing.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ventas a\u00f1o tras a\u00f1o<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><b><i>C\u00f3mo medir:<\/i><\/b><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (Ventas totales del a\u00f1o 2 \u2013 Ventas totales del a\u00f1o 1) \/ Ventas totales del a\u00f1o 1 x 100<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Esto es exactamente lo que parece: una comparaci\u00f3n de c\u00f3mo se comparan sus ventas de un a\u00f1o a otro, lo cual es importante dado que el comercio minorista suele ser estacional. La forma m\u00e1s sencilla de mejorar esta m\u00e9trica es aumentar el precio de sus productos. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si no cree que esa sea una opci\u00f3n, ofrezca m\u00e1s valor percibido que su competencia a trav\u00e9s de empaques de productos mejorados, merchandising creativo, exhibiciones y educando a sus clientes para que comprendan mejor el valor de lo que vende.
