En virtud de un contrato de gesti\u00f3n, el operador del estacionamiento le cobra al due\u00f1o de la propiedad varios servicios operativos, como mano de obra, suministros, seguros, limpieza, etc. La realidad es que <strong><em>casi todos estos productos y cargos por servicios son<\/em><\/strong> <strong><em>&quot;acolchado&quot;<\/em><\/strong> para generar ingresos adicionales para el operador del estacionamiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Recuerdo haber revisado el contrato de administraci\u00f3n de un cliente en el que el operador de estacionamiento actual estaba cobrando de m\u00e1s al due\u00f1o de la propiedad m\u00e1s de $4,000\/mes por el seguro de la instalaci\u00f3n durante los \u00faltimos 5 a\u00f1os. El cliente no ten\u00eda idea de que se supon\u00eda que las tarifas de seguro rondar\u00edan los $400\/mes para una instalaci\u00f3n de ese tama\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sugerencia final: los operadores de estacionamiento a menudo cobran por elementos vagos y ambiguos, como &quot;tarifas administrativas&quot; o &quot;tarifas de procesamiento&quot;.
