Localice su surtido<\/b><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mantenerse competitivo en el comercio minorista de hoy no se trata de tener m\u00e1s productos. En cambio, se trata de tener la <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Correcto<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> unos. Su surtido ser\u00e1 un impulsor clave del tr\u00e1fico y las ventas. As\u00ed que invierte el tiempo y los recursos para hacerlo bien.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aseg\u00farese de que su inventario refleje adecuadamente las necesidades de las comunidades a las que sirve. En cambio, Kohl&#039;s est\u00e1 utilizando an\u00e1lisis para estudiar el comportamiento de los clientes en tiendas individuales para editar y adaptar nuestro surtido a las marcas y categor\u00edas que desean ver y comprar. Kohl&#039;s pone a los clientes en primer lugar al hacer que nuestra tienda sea m\u00e1s relevante para ellos&quot;.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Y parece que esa pr\u00e1ctica est\u00e1 dando sus frutos. RIS informa que en 2016, las ubicaciones de Kohl&#039;s con surtidos localizados experimentaron &quot;un aumento de alrededor de 70 puntos b\u00e1sicos en compensaci\u00f3n, con una reducci\u00f3n de 40 puntos b\u00e1sicos en el inventario&quot;. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>2. Esfu\u00e9rzate por la comodidad<\/b><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cuando se trata de comercio minorista moderno, la conveniencia es el nombre del juego. Idealmente, su sistema de gesti\u00f3n minorista deber\u00eda permitirle administrar sus productos y clientes utilizando una sola plataforma, pero si no es as\u00ed, entonces necesita encontrar una manera de integrar su <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vendhq.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">TPV<\/a> con su carrito de compras en l\u00ednea.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tambi\u00e9n hay que pensar en la log\u00edstica. \u00bfC\u00f3mo se asegurar\u00e1 de que los art\u00edculos est\u00e9n listos para ser recogidos de manera oportuna? \u00bfCuenta con los recursos (es decir, espacio y personal) para procesar las recolecciones de pedidos en l\u00ednea en el sitio?
