Hier kommt die \u201eKalibrierung\u201c ins Spiel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Setzen Sie nicht auf unbewiesene Markenstandards und Verst\u00e4ndnisl\u00fccken. Kalibrieren <em>dann<\/em> Skala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es gibt zwei Facetten der Kalibrierung, die wir ber\u00fccksichtigen m\u00fcssen: die Kalibrierung der Checkliste und die Kalibrierung des Teams. Indem einer ausgew\u00e4hlten Gruppe von Distriktmanagern Zugriff auf die Checkliste gew\u00e4hrt wird, auch wenn es sich nur um einen Entwurf handelt, kann die Zentrale die Checkliste mit Feedback aus der Praxis verfeinern und kalibrieren. In dieser Phase werden h\u00e4ufig unklare Texte, sich wiederholende Standards oder unzureichende Reihenfolgen bemerkt und behoben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Team-Kalibrierung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das Kalibrieren des Teams ist eine Form der angewandten Schulung, die sicherstellt, dass Standards anhand einer konsistenten und fairen Skala bewertet werden. W\u00e4hrend das Urteil eines Distriktmanagers f\u00fcr den Erfolg des Auditprogramms enorm wichtig ist, ist die Einheitlichkeit der Bewertung und Benotung ebenso wichtig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Kalibrierung des Teams erfordert die Schulung des Betriebspersonals, um ein gemeinsames Verst\u00e4ndnis der Betriebsstandards zu haben und wie Abweichungen von den Standards bewertet und gehandhabt werden k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das Team zu kalibrieren bedeutet auch zu demonstrieren, wo die Definition des Standards endet und wo die Notwendigkeit einer Beurteilung durch den Distriktmanager beginnt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<span id=\"about-injection\">\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der Umgang mit Menschen ist nicht immer so schwarz auf wei\u00df wie das Abhaken eines K\u00e4stchens auf einem elektronischen Formular.
