Sie nutzten bedingte Logik und obligatorische Fotos, um Franchisenehmern die M\u00f6glichkeit zu geben, das Zertifikat einzureichen: als Foto von einem Mobiltelefon oder als Anhang wie Word oder PDF von einem PC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der Kunde hat in Bindy eine Aufgabe erstellt, in der er Franchisenehmer auffordert, das umsetzbare Formular elektronisch auszuf\u00fcllen und die erforderlichen Informationen einzureichen. Aufgrund der Eigentumsverh\u00e4ltnisse wollten sie diese Anfrage jedoch nicht an alle Franchisenehmer senden. Daher nutzten sie das integrierte Site-Tagging-System von Bindy, um nur auf die erforderlichen Eigentumskriterien abzuzielen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An alle Empf\u00e4nger wurde eine E-Mail- und App-Benachrichtigung gesendet. Die Empf\u00e4nger konnten die angeforderten Informationen auf einem Telefon, einem Tablet und einem PC \u00fcbermitteln. Der Aufgabe wurde ein \u201eSp\u00e4testens als\u201c-Datum beigef\u00fcgt, das es dem System erm\u00f6glichte, eine zweite Erinnerungsbenachrichtigung an diejenigen zu senden, die dies noch nicht getan hatten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Allen Einsendungen wurden Datum, Uhrzeit und geografische Koordinaten hinzugef\u00fcgt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L\u00f6sungsfazit<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der Kunde konnte diese Anfrage mit minimalem Zeitaufwand an \u00fcber 300 Franchisenehmer senden. Sie konnten in Echtzeit verfolgen, wer die Informationen \u00fcbermittelt hatte und wer nicht. Die \u00fcbermittelten Informationen wurden au\u00dferdem dauerhaft zu jeder Site auf der Bindy-Plattform hinzugef\u00fcgt und sind f\u00fcr diejenigen sichtbar, die \u00fcber eine Zugriffsberechtigung f\u00fcr diese Site und dieses Formular verf\u00fcgen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Noch wichtiger ist, dass der Gesamtprozentsatz der hinterlegten Zertifikate innerhalb von vier Wochen von 10% auf 80% gestiegen ist.
